New rule...

Be completely 'unavailable' during my lunch break. If I sit where people can find me or keep my phone so I can be called or sit in front of my email... people call, they come find me, they shoot me an email. Then I end up working through lunch and wondering why I get absolutely exhausted at 3pm. I NEED time to just sit and fill my belly, maybe read. I need to to sit and face the sun and feel rested.
