Little blue building

I forgot to answer this question... The little blue building is across the parking lot from my temp housing (The Hut, which I have found is on what is affectionately called "Jailhouse Row" since we're next to the Jail).  I'll try to take a pic of my hut and post it. But that is the view from one of my windows.
